We require payment at the time of service.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, debit cards etc.

Unhappily most insurance won't cover our services yet. We would be happy to provide
you with the proper codes so that you may get reimbursed
from your insurance carriers. Many companies will pay
for Chiropractic and Acupuncture treatments.

Because there are many people waiting to get in to see us, we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation
of your appointment to avoid being billed $75 for your
visit.

Please be courteous. If you are more than 15 minutes
late for your appointment we may have to reschedule.
We try very hard to stay on time with our appointments, your promptness helps us do that and gives you the full treatment time that you deserve.

If you need to pick up supplements at the front desk,
please call ahead so that you don't have to wait. We
will have them ready for you when you come.

|
Supplements purchased at the clinic that are unopened
may be returned for credit or refund at the purchase
price. |
